Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, reply to the order confirmation email or email orders@vitruvianform.com within the 30‑day window. You must cover return shipping and provide a tracking number within 7 business days, otherwise the request will be cancelled. Returned items must be new, undamaged, and packaged in the original packaging; otherwise you may be charged for new packaging. For damaged or incorrect items, contact orders@vitruvianform.com within 30 days with photos; Vitruvian may offer a refund, replacement, or substitution. Refunds are processed within approximately four weeks of the return being shipped, including transit, inspection, and banking time. Australian customers retain rights under Australian Consumer Law in addition to this policy.
