This unique expression, which draws influence from the vibrancy of South Australian Shiraz, is red ochre in colour and a great balance of sweet and savoury on the palate.Australian Shiraz casks have been individually selected and re-coopered to take advantage highly variable Melbourne climate. After being lightly toasted, the barrels are steamed, not charred, to retain the penetration of wine into the wood.
