A four-season, three-layer waterproof shell jacket inspired by other-world legend, built by real-world experience. Designed to provide all-round protection for alpinism and mountaineering. The Aigis was a shield carried by the ancient Greek gods Athena and Zeus, its literal translation is “violent storm”. Our latest 3L waterproof shell jacket is designed to provide the ultimate protection from the elements through the use of uncompromising eVent® fabric technology. A 20,000HH and 20,000gsm2 membrane makes for a highly waterproof and highly breathable jacket, ideal for dynamic activities in wet and cold climates. Another unique benefit of eVent fabric is its mastery of Direct Venting™ technology – the work of billions of microscopic pores built into its membrane. This proprietary design allows instant venting of sweat from the inside of the jacket as you move and unlike conventional waterproof fabrics, it doesn’t need to get wet to work. eVent’s Direct Venting™ technology is a dry system and will keep you well-ventilated and comfortable across a wider range of environmental conditions than ordinary waterproofs. As a result, the Aigis is not only one of the most dependable mountaineering shell jackets around, but one of the most versatile. High performance fabric aside, the Aigis is packed with technical features intended to elevate your alpine or mountaineering experience. Inbuilt RECCO® rescue technology provides a next-generation safety system that can be utilised by first responders in remote mountain regions. An active cut makes the jacket longer in the body, lower in the hem, higher in the neckline and larger in the hood for enhanced fit when wearing a climbing harness and improved coverage for maximum weather protection. The jacket also makes use of a two-way full frontal Vislon® Aquaguard® zip from YKK to improve accessibility when worn with a harness and a snap press stud is included at the bottom of the jacket to better enable ventilation when climbing. Ventilation capacity is also provided through two underarm pit vents which are zipped for easy access and the use of Cohaesive® cord technology and knurled zip pulls are all included with accessibility in mind.

Classic Flannel Shirt design inspired by Special Forces heritage. Constructed from midweight drill cotton with a brushed twill weave, chosen specifically for additional breathability and durability. Designed with a loose fit to be worn as an overshirt. Of proud British origins, Flannel fabric was first conceived in the 17th century as the preserve of Welsh farmers. These early pioneers discovered that when brushed on both sides fabric becomes sturdier, providing a thicker, more durable and insulating layer without losing its comfortable feel. Flannel would soon become the go-to fabric of the times for wet, cold and windy climates. It was this relatively low-tech, high performance design that saw Flannel Shirts adopted for use by soldiers as early as the American Civil War through to now, frequently being sported by elite military units across the world.
