Tempur‑Pedic offers a 90‑Night Sleep Trial for standard mattresses, allowing returns within 90 days if the mattress is not satisfactory (excluding closeout mattresses). Closeout mattresses are not eligible for return, exchange, or the trial but are covered by a 10‑Year Limited Warranty. Foundations, power bases, and smart bases are non‑returnable but have warranties ranging from 3 years parts and labor to 25‑year limited coverage on frames. Returns for pillows, linens, frames, toppers, travel, home products, and accessories are accepted only for delivery damage or product defects, each with its own warranty. Office chairs are non‑returnable except for damage or defects. Purchases made at retail stores follow the retailer’s return policy.

Power bases and smart bases carry 25‑Year Limited Warranties on frames, with varying parts and labor periods. Mattress toppers, protectors, and many accessories have 10‑Year or 1‑Year Limited Warranties, while bed frames have a lifetime warranty.
