Dave here. Picking a favorite Momofuku Goods product is impossible for me. I can’t really do it. But these are the products I use every day at home. They help me recreate the flavors of our restaurants when I only have a few minutes to cook for my kids. Our Soy & Scallion Noodles are a staple in my pantry. The soy sauce flavor is so classic and they’re ready in only 4 minutes. I usually sauté or microwave some vegetables and put them on top if I’m making dinner for my family. If I’m cooking for myself, I use a crazy amount of Chili Crunch on the noodles. I go through so much of this stuff. It makes everything better. I’ve yet to find something that it doesn't improve. I feel similarly about our Tamari. It doesn’t have gluten so I end up using it more than soy sauce if I have people over. And the flavor is just as rich and round. Speaking of cooking for a crowd: my move these days is to cover a flat iron steak with Spicy Seasoned Salt and throw it on the grill. Spicy Seasoned Salt = grilling salt. You can put it all together in a fried rice for one of my favorite leftover stir-frys: noodles + veggies + grilled meat + a splash of tamari + Chili Crunch. Heat it all together in a pan. Can’t beat it.
