(Frozen, Wild) Warm water Lobster Tails are unique in flavor because they grow in warm waters. They differ from cold water lobsters in that their shells are thinner and darker, with a denser and tenderer meat. These are freshly-frozen to preserve a sweet, succulent and mild flavor. Freshly-frozen, this selection averages 9 oz each. Thaw these large tails in your refrigerator overnight. Use sharp kitchen shears to cut the top side of the shell lengthwise, lift the meat out and lay it "piggyback" on top of its shell. Then broil or bake until the meat is opaque and firm. Serve with drawn butter for a centerpiece entrŽe!
