Are there any restrictions on uploading pattern? Please upload a clear PNG file with a recommended size of at least 2500 x 2500 pixels. If your image does not meet the size requirements or is too complex, we will contact you to assist with the customization process. 5. Can I change my custom order? If you need to change your custom order, please contact us immediately after receiving the confirmation email. We will try our best to meet your requirements, but we cannot guarantee that the change is feasible. 6. What is the delivery time? Typically, delivery takes 15-20 business days.
