The automatic carriage lock will help to prevent snipe by reducing the headstock movement that can cause it. Mess is minimized with the fan-assisted chip ejection, and we appreciate DeWalt’s redesigned, easy to read thickness scale. The setup for the DeWalt Planer Stand is as easy as it gets with the predrilled holes and heavy-gauge steel brackets that support the planer.
