For lifestyle and apparel items purchased online, unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective products can be exchanged within 30 days, provided they are in original packaging. Customers must cover return shipping and send items to 55 Chapel Street, Suite 401, Newton, MA 02458. Exchanges are processed within approximately 10 business days.
